Email confirmation(Education Store)

Hello WD community,

Today I created account to access Education Store, but I did not receive any email confirmation.

I could not find any emails.

How long does it take to process?

I have never tried this. Let’s see if an experienced user can comment on this.

I faced the same issue. As I understood, some sites don’t accept some kind of e-mails, for example, I couldn’t register with gmail, but I was lucky to become a memberusing outllok e-mail. Try to register one more time using another e-mail. Hope it helps!
