Elements drive not working after power failure (LIGHT ON)

I accidentally shut off my Elements 8 Tb drive for mac while it was still plugged into my computer. It is now not booting up and spinning, but a single white light is still on inside. It is not blinking.

Any help on next steps is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
