Elements 500gb drive will not work in USB3 port in Win7 64bit. Get install driver failure message

When connected to a USB 3 port in Win 7 64bit I get driver install failed message.  Works fine in any USB 2 port.

Try updating the USB 3 drivers preferably form the board manufacturer’s site. That is MB or PCI card.
