Hello.
One month ago i bought an external 5tb WD Elements hard Drive.
It was detected perfecty by my computer and has worked perfectly.
Last week i bought another exact unit (Elements 5 TB).
The problem is that when i connect both units to my computer, only 1 unit is detected and appears!
If i connect only the new unit, it will appear under the “G” letter. If i connect the old unit, it will also detect it under the same letter “G”.
But if I connect both of them, only one will appear (the new one or the old one, it depends).
¿Isnt this very weird? Both units should appear.
Can anyone please help with this?
