I just set up my easystore. I went through the quick set up and can see the icon on my desk top. I have been able to back up pictures that were sent to me via e mail. I have tried to open facebook and transfer albums but It will only transfer some pictures. I tried to drop the albums but no success! I am shown the facebook icon and I do sin in but only get an empty folder in the external drive. I did not set up a cloud because i have an easy store not home cloud product. I also threw out the small book that came with the product which seems to have a 9 digit code needed to set up the cloud. Help and advice would be appreciated.

The Easystore drive is a plug and play device which can be used with the WD Backup software for automatic backup feature, it doesn’t require 9 digit code for installation.
