I used/uploaded files WD Easystore on my laptop win 7 and then wanted to watch files on my old laptop that has Win XP. It wouldn’t recognize so I downloaded Western Digital LifeGuard Diagnostics and ran the tests on XP and then set it to zeros. The next next step was SUPPOSED to have ‘set up a partition’ but there was no choice to do that. I brought it back to my other laptop and NOW when I checked in Computer management, there is only TWO options - help and properties. I fear I screwed it up good. Now what do you recommend?
