I am running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
I can’t get Disk Utility to recognize the external drive
WD Disk Utility sees the drive as name ‘easystore’ the default but I can’t run any diagnostics on it

Drive powers up and I can hear it spinning.
Tried multiple USB 3.0 and 2.0 port and nothing works

Help!
