I purchased a Easystore 1T external hard drive. It’s now day 5 that I haven’t been able to get help this will not load correctly I’ve spoke to many people at this company all promise to call back yet never do. I’m sorry I ever bought this. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau since I was also charged $49.99 for help that I will now fight as no help was given
