Hello. I have a brand new easystore 14tb desktop HDD. When I first attempted to use the drive, it would not show up under devices and drives. I tried it on two separate desktops and one laptop, all with the same result. I downloaded the WD apps (WD Dashboard, WD Drive Utilities, and WD Discovery) and these were all able to see the drive, however I could not access it. I followed the online troubleshooting guide which led to me reformatting the drive. Once I did this, I was able to see and access the drive, however it says it only has a 149gb capacity. I have checked disk manager, and it shows no hidden partitions. At this point, I’m thinking I have a faulty drive.

Can you show us the Partitions tab in DMDE?
I suspect that you may have a fake 160GB HDD.
