EasyCloud for Apple TV

Hi
I purchased EasyCloud App for Apple TV.
I’m trying to connect my device MyCloudEX2Ultra.
I logon, I see my device and it’s IP address, and serial number, but I cannot access it.
A message says that I have to check if the device is connected to the network. It is; a can access by my iPhone.
AND
to make sure the device’s firmware update. It is up to date.
AND
Make sure “remote access’ is enabled.
I cannot see this specific function on web interface. I see cloud service section and all the three options are enabled.

What can I do?
