I purchased an Easy Store to backup everything from my old Surface Pro because the screen was cracked severely and it was about to be replaced.
The new one came, I plugged the Easy Store in, downloaded Backup, but choosing the Restore option finds NOTHING to restore.
Digging into my drive manually, I found two large Hard Disk Image Files that I assume are my backups, and a bunch of XML Documents. I don’t know what I’m looking at.
I emailed support and they haven’t responded. Shocker.
