E/S Error, Cannot Initialize drive - WD Book Essentials 2TB

Hi,
After a restart my HDD stopped to work and appear disk management as unknown drive and after i try to initialize the drive, the w10 give me the message of E/S error. Please help me!!!

And I’m trying to open a ticket and and the form dont accept my phone number, I live in Brazil.
