DX4200 Will not boot gives error can not run Startup.nsh

I thought that it might be a harddrive error on the boot drive, so i contacted WD support they sent me a new hard drive but it does the same thing. Looks like it not seeing the boot drive at all. when I runt the DX4200 recovery USB it come up with that it not able to map the drives to load the OS image. any suggestions what else to do, I’ve emailed WD Support with not help at all.

My only thoughts would be if you could round up a power supply tester.

maybe you can try using rufus to create an gpt uefi based installation media worked for me to get the ds5100 booting.
