searching or initializing?
What is searching?
Sorry, I don’t ever remember seeing searching
The PC is still connected?
I never had it take longer than 5 days to fail
The problem was that the computer was not connected to the server anymore,
it was shutdown after the initialization was started.
We did it again and now we succeeded, the server is up and running! 
It’s running with 3 drives - so this is possible!

I have the same issue with my 2 DX4000 boxes. They are both saying “Initializing OK Searching”. What procedure did you do to get it to see your computer???
you can only do one at a time
must have a dhcp server
worker pc must remain on
