DX 4000 Factory Reset

So, I have two DX 4000 units at my location. No one can remember the passwords to access them. I want to use them as local backups for our file servers and DC’s.

I have read the manul on restoring them but when I get to the download page for the recovery ISO’s and there are a few options

PAN AM

EMEA

APAC

Not sure if there is a difference between the ISO’s and which one is right for my units.

I would love to know where to get the restore iso from, I can’t seem to find it in the downloads portal at all.

If you or others are still interested, I submitted a help request, and WD emailed a link to download the ISO file. They don’t allow customers to share the link.
