I can’t open the Home mode to update my WD TV HDMI. I am pressing the button HOME but nothing hapens.pls help me
HOME just kicks you out to SOME MENU. It doesn’t take you to any SPECIFIC menu.
If you’re not seeing the FIRMWARE UPDATE on the menu, then the update isn’t being recognized.

Make sure you’re using the right update files.

If you click that link, you should download a .zip file with the last update for your device.
If you don’t already have 1.03.01 and you unzip the files to the root of a USB device, connect the USB device to the WDTV HD, and tun on the WDTV it should automatically tell you that it’s found a new firmware update and ask if you want to install it. No needing to find anything in the menus.
