As if I wasnt wasting enough time with this **bleep** box its now not letting me log into smartware.
I only have one password and one user name and have tried it with different combinations of capital first letter I cant get in!

Have you tried re-installing WD SmartWare? And have you been able to test if the access issue relates to only one particular system within your network? Are other computers able to use WD SmartWare? Uninstalling the program will not erase your stored data.
