I have 2 different NAS, the My Cloud and the My Cloud EX4. In the second NAS i have installed the Dropbox app and i use that to copy all my interesting data in the cloud. But in the My Cloud NAS i didnt have the Dropbox instalation option. Can i install that in my my cloud NAS?

No. Officially the single bay My Cloud units (v2.x firmware versions) do not currently support any additional add on third party modules like Dropbox that the more expensive My Cloud multi bay units support. The older v4.x firmware single bay My Cloud units do not display the “Apps” tab that the newer v2.x firmware single bay My Cloud units have on the Dashboard.
