Dropbox app cause traffic spikes

Hello,

I use the Dropbox app in MyCloud since over a year. All was fine until around 2-4 weeks ago.

I noticed recently a spike in daily traffic by factor 5-10 on my internet line to now over 2 TB/month. After some try and error I identified the Dropbox app as source. On my Dropbox nothing changed, and I checked changes and nothing justified this amount if traffic.

I reinstalled already the app, but I activate it the traffic spike again within 10 minutes.

Any ideas?

There are no details log or version history (maybe an update is buggy?)

I’m am running os5 on my loud EX2.
