Drives do not automatically reconnect after power outage

For over a year, my Windows computer was automatically reconnecting the shares on my My Cloud every day after logging off or shutting down the night before. On August 28, a power outage duration exceeded the duration of the UPS my My Cloud is plugged into and the My Cloud lost power. Since that day, I have to manually reconnect the shares to the mapped drives every day when I log into my PC. I have un-mapped and re-mapped the drives multiple times. I have made sure both “Remember me” and “Reconnect on login” are both checked.

Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be and what I might be able to do about it?

Power outage might be the reason behind the abnormal behavior of My Cloud. You should try to check after the 4 second reset and map the drive. It’ll initialize the drive with default network parameters.
