Driver Error Message: WD SES Device USB Device

i know there was a topic about it and it’s closed now but how should i fix this error? i have WD Ses Device Driver but i still have this problem. where am i wrong?

You should be able to see everything in Computer or even check disk management.  I have had this happen to me and my clients a couple of times.  I was able to view the data on the drive even though the driver wasn’t installed.

what do you mean? windows don’t recognize MP.

You can try this:

1- Unplug the external hard drive from your computer

2- Unistall or disable on device manager WD SES driver

3- After you disable it SES, restart your computer

4- When your pc startup plug back in the external drive

5- Try to use windows wizard to install the drive again

Have you tried to test your external drive in another PC? If it works maybe you need to update your Windows OS.

yes. i tried in another PC (it had same version of win 7) and also the same SES drive error occured on that but it worked there and i could explore the hard there.
