Hi there,i have Problem which i am facing past few days Actually i have installed 2 HDD 4 Tb Drive in G-raid but when i turn on the power the front panel light constantly blinking red and i can’t create the any raid, can any one help me?
My Chassis S/N is DC0171300668 & my Chassis P.N 0G04228
How can i find my model number because it was not write on anywhere
The part # is all that matters which you provided. 0G04228.
In order to configure the RAID on that unit you need the G-RAID configurator.

So, verify if Disk Management tool can locate the external hard drive . Open Disk Management tool, go to Search, type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter. If the external drive is found listed in the Disk Management window, simply format it properly, so that it shows up next time you connect it to your PC.
