I have a Gtech 1tb drive that I am trying to use with another product that must use HFS+ format. I have formatted over and over including secure erase. On Mac it says its correct. When I plug into other product (Lima), it says drive is not recognized format. There support had me format a flash drive same way and try, that is recognized. Why can’t I get this drive to be recognized? They said any self or external drive in that format will work. Any thoughts?
