when i tried to access on iphone mycloud app always this message poped up

Note there is a dedicated subforum for the EX2 devices where users more familiar with the EX2 Ultra may be able to assist.

Generally when one is having remote access issues with their My Cloud assuming they’ve setup remote access properly in the past, is to disable remote access in the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings. Wait five to ten minutes, then re-enable remote access and see if the issue clears itself.
