I recently bought a MyBook World Edition (1TB) and configured it with the drive wired to the router and my notebook hard wired to my network. Everything seems ok until I plug out the cable and try to acces the drive over my wifi connection. http://mybookworld/ doesn’t work anymore and neither do the network locations (the driveletters assigned to acces the hard drive). Let’s try with static ip-addresses I figured, so I disabled DHCP and assigned a fix ip. Still the same problem. Anyone has an idea what I am doing wrong?
