Drive not Recognizing on Windows and WD LIVE Hub

My Drive is not getting recognized by the WD LIVE Hub, I was able to use the same till last week, however now it it asking for a password.

I later tried to Connect the drive to Windows Computer and the same is not getting recognized. The drive is going on though.

Could you please provide me a solution.

Hi vma2084, welcome. Have you tried using another USB cable? Also try running a test using DLG on your Windows PC, check the link below for the steps.
