Bought the 3tb at the weekend, and having a few issues.
If i want to save a file to the drive -no problem its there.
However if i want to access a file on the drive, its not showing up as being on the network.
If the drive is disappearing from the network, you can try using another Ethernet cable. Also try using a static IP to configure the My Book.
Could you give a little more info…
Are you saying:
You copy files to the drive there is no problem; however, when you try to copy files from the drive back to your system the files won’t copy?
Or are you saying you copied files to the drive, but now the drive cannot be found?
Or something else?
