Drive is unlocked, BUT not accessible

Since copying all of the files from my old failing drive to this new drive, I have never accessed any of the files.

When I try, I am able to Unlock the drive, but immediately get this error message:
“Location not available.
D:\ is not accessible.
Access is denied.”

I set permissions for the Administrators, Creator Owner and System to Full Control on the new drive, but I am still unable to access any files on the drive. Permissions for Creator Owner keep reverting back to Special.

Perhaps it would be best to contact WD Support about this. You can do so over the phone or via E-mail.
