I have WD my passport ,
I have only had it for 2 weeks and its giving me many problems please help!
I am using OS 7 operating system
When i plug it to my USB it slows my system down where it is almost impossible to use
I have done a hard drive test and used your latest version of sofware and still it fails
I get “11-test cable fail”
I have done the Smartware test and it also fails.
I noticed the problem when i tried to down load some movie files on the passport and the speed was down to 100 kb/per sec.
Please help.
