Drive don't show files in share after backup

Hi all

I’ve completed a two day backup of my C drive files, the dashboard shows the used space by the backup.

However when I tried to access my shares (public and my private share), public is showing up the default folders and files while my private share is completely empty. I’ve did some research and it seems that files backup in WD SmartWare are in a hidden SmartWare share. Is there anyway to choose the share you want to backup to in WD SmartWare?

uPnP is enabled in my router and I’ve tried disabling my firewall and anti virus. Does that mean the I cannot use WD SmartWare to backup my files if I want to remotely access my files?

Any help will be appreciated, thank you.

No.

Yes. Manually copy the files you want to access remotely or use any other software that makes clean copies inside your shares.
