Drive did not back up all of my folders in My Documents

I tried backing up my files from my computer to the drive for the first time and it did not back up all of my folders under My Documents. When I try to select the folders for it to back up, it does not show all of my folders under My Documents. What am I doing wrong?

Just o make sure, what software are you using to backup your files om the unit? This could be a permission issue.
