Drive Degraded msg received and now NAS no long gets IP

the Link Light comes on the back and I have tried a couple of cables and a switches, no matter what I do I can not see the drive. I have tried the decovery tool and checked my dhcp server no sign of the MAC address on the network.

when I look sometimes Drive 4 has an Orange Light and sometimes its back to green… Please Help I need to get my Data Off of this POS nas and onto a proper Server.

I feel your pain, I had to send mine back for a replacement - I never did recover all my data.
