Drive Capacity not showing on Dashboard

I already tried to reboot or shutdown the unit but still not showing the capacity. I know I already have 700 GB of data in there but it only shows a dash symbol - . Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi there, this have being covered thoroughly on the board. See this  link and  this link. Also doing a more deep search hear on the forums will allow you to find some resolution. But overall it seems that the drive is busy compiling all the media files.
