That is not the problem, replace done, so I would think, however, it seems, all contents and setting/configurations have been wiped/ reset … That is a real problem, making WD cloud system somewhat unreliable (useless) as a backup or cloud storage! Is this normal? If there is no solutions, then it’s clearly a hardware/WD software error.
