I just installed my passport ultra 2 TB. When I try to drag and drop a file into it, it doesn’t close when the copying is finished. It just continues and the only way out is to close Windows explorer. I use Windows 7 64 bit. Did I miss smething n installation ? Any help ?
The copy process is handled by the OS and the drive needs to be closed once you finish copying the files.
There are many other ways to copy files to the drive. Try the methods provided on the link bellow.
