Since rebooting my PC I have not been able to see my shared folder on my Desktop PC, It used to be shown when I clicked on THIS PC icon. I could then drag and drop any file into it. When I do open THIS PC, then click NETWORKS, there is a WDMYCLOUD option but that takes me to the WDMYCLOUD settings page of my drive. When I click on another icon i get a prompt to enter a username and password, is this my WDMYCLOUD password or a different one because my WD password doesnt work…
@Ste6201 Are you using Windows 10? Have you tried your network credentials?
If you are using Windows 10 type credential manager in the search box next to Start and check to see if there is anything there about a WDMYCOUD. If there is you should be able to check the User Name and Password or delete it and try the icon again.
