Drag and drop not working - MyCloud please help

After successfully setting up using my Mycloud drive last year. I have tried to add new files to it today and the drag and drop does not work. When I try I get a red circle with a line through it.
This happens when I am going fronm my PC to the my cloud drive.

It works OK the other way around IE from my cloud to PC drive.

Any isde?

Have you tried mapping the drive again? Also, please try resetting the unit.

Are you dragging them to a share or a folder in a share?
