Drag and drop movies onto WD Live Hub help

I am having a problem putting movies on my WD Live Hub.

I plug it into the router and it shows up on my network but there is no way to click on it to access the HD…and other times when I plug into the router I am able to access it to drag and drop movies…it’s very frustrating.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

This might be a bad network setup, have you try it to use the WD Discovery?
