Downloading items from WD My Cloud

Hello everyone,

I’ve got a quick question: Does anyone know how to download items you’ve put on the cloud from the Desktop app? I’ve never had a problem doing this through the mobile app, as highlighting the item will show the download button. But, the Desktop app does not have the same button, if i’m not mistaken. Anyone have any solutions?

Just drag & drop.

I find it easier not to use the desktop app if you are using windows - just map the drives.

If you have WD Quick View installed click the WD Quick View icon and select your MyCloud - you can then map the drive. Unfortunately only avaiable if you are on the same network.
