Downloading HTTPS - Ex2 Ultra

Cannot see answer so help would be much appreciated. I’ve had a WD Ex2 Ultra for a couple of years with no problems, I have used the HTTP Downloader app without problem also, but recently it will not allow me to download HTTPS:// located files with the app, it used to and I cannot see any settings I’ve changed but it just states it is not HTTP and so is not correct format.

Please help.
