Hello WD
I am no longer to see the option to download an entire folder on my drive after migrating to My Cloud OS 5 version, did I miss something? What happened to the option to download file folders?
I have a client that I did the backup for their files and download one by one are completely useless.
My model is WDBCTL0020HWT - 2 TB
Firmware version: 5.20.113

Important:
Managing content using the My Cloud OS 5 Client apps have the following limitations.
- Copy is not supported
- Moving content between shares is not supported
- Upload and Download of folders is not supported
- There is a 100 file download limitation for the My Cloud OS 5 Web/Mobile App.

Is the moronic 5GB file size limit still there as well?

Files larger than 5 GB cannot be uploaded using the My Cloud OS 5 web app.
