Q1 if I go back to 2.01.86 will auto update online offer 2.02.32 or the newest version ?

Yes … but if you disable “Detect New Firmware” then it won’t

Q2 for usb update to work the ver file must be higher than the firmware on the boxso ive edited the ver file to say VERSION=‘4.02.32’ for 2.02.32 would this work okay and rollback with no problems ?

That’s correct … but not necessary, rollback firmware *.ver file is already edited
