Connected drive to new pc but not all files are showing,how do I find them.

How did you transferred this files to your external drive?
If you have used the backup software that came included with your drive then there should be a folder called “WDSmartware.swstor”. This is the backup folder and all the files that have been backed up should be on this folder.

Could not find this file,I am using software that came installed on drive. It is listing files but there is no content.
Found file by searching drive when in my computer . Is it best to re-format drive when I removed files I need?
