Hi im trying to set up mycloud nas on my mac mini during set yp it says dont gave permissions on this server ?. And then says will be unable to mount im am the administrator of the machine.
I mean set up i dont have permissions sorry.
how do i resolve this ? i get this message when i try to access the public folderThe operation can’t be completed because the original item for “Public” can’t be found.
how can i unistall and start over agian ? also i can acsess the dashboard through the browser what settings should i apply to

i noticed i cant turn off the public folder or change anything to gain read write permissions but can on other folders ?.
everytime i try to mount a volume ie public i get error there was a problem connecting to server . you dont have permissions .
has anyone got any ideaars please
