Domain Users & Shares are not showing after joining to Domain

Hi,

With reference to subject, i purchase new NAS EX4 and when i try it to join with our company domain, it shows successfully joined to domain but when i click on users in interface, it is saying “Waiting for Users” with revolving wheel type logo since yesterday but if click on Groups beside Users tab, i can see all of my groups which are defined in our company Domain… Same message is showing on shares tab also: “Waiting for shares”.

Kindly update me about this issue.

Hello,

I recommend you take the unit out of the domain and then join in again to see what happens.
