i have just recently got the 1TB WD. Used it for a day, and this morning when i went to add more things onto it, it does not appear in “my computer” I have tried plugging it into all three of my usb ports and still nothing. I have also gone into the disk management and the disk it shows up in it says is unreadable, therefore unable to change the disk letter. I have plugged it into another computer and sure enough, it works. must be something i can do on this computer to have it work???
Since there’s been no replies, maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
