Does the HFS + Extended Journaled format work on the WD Media Player TV Live?

Hi, I have a WD TV Live Media Player, I also have a 2 TB Western Digital My Book Essential External Hard Drive which I formatted on my Mac as HFS+ Extended Journaled. Does this format work on the WD TV Live Media Player? Thanks
