Hi everyone,
It seems that the latest firmware of the MyCloud Home Device is causing drop outs regularly. I basically can’t drag and drop any files from the device onto my computer if they are large because in a random time interval it simply disconnects and reboots.
I now try to make important files available offline but I’m wondering if that simply creates some kind of link to the files in the cloud or makes a local copy? The manual does not mention anything of this as far as I know.
