Does Deleting On PC Drive Delete On My Book Drive

I’m a bit unclear about deleting files. If I do a backup to My Book with Smartware and later delete some files on my pc hard drive will those same files be deleted on MY Book next time it updates? Thanks

Deleting a file from your computer does not delete the same file from the Smartware backup.
