What I mean on this one is, when you choose continuos back up through SmartWare, does this backup make a mirror of your hard drive? And if you delete something from your computer does it reflect on the back-up as well? Or it just looks for new files to store on the My Cloud itself?

WD SmartWare does not make a “mirror” backup of your computer because it does not copy system files, program files, or program data. Files are kept in the backup even if deleted from your computer as WD SmartWare does not synchronize content, it only stores/copies.
